Ingredients
  

  • 1 IB Ground beef 85% lean for the best flavor
  • 12 OZ Lasagna noodles Use high-quality pasta
  • 4 CUPS Beef broth Low sodium, if preferred
  • 6 OZ Tomato paste For rich flavor
  • 2 CUPS Milk Whole milk for a creamy texture
  • ½ CUP Cheddar cheese Shredded, for topping

  • 1 TSP Dried oregano For classic lasagna seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Ground Beef:
    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 lb of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add Liquids and Tomato Paste:
    Stir in 4 cups of beef broth and 6 oz of tomato paste. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Add Seasonings:
    Sprinkle in 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Stir well.
  • Add Pasta and Milk:
    Add 12 oz of uncooked lasagna noodles (broken into smaller pieces) and 2 cups of milk to the skillet. Stir to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  • Simmer Until Pasta is Tender:
    Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and tender.
  • Add Cheese:
    Sprinkle ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese on top. Cover and let the cheese melt for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
