Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fresh broccoli florets Chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2cup Mayonnaise Full-fat or light

  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Adds tangy flavor
  • 1 tbsp Honey Balances the acidity
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar preferred

Instructions
 

  • Chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
  • Add the chopped broccoli to the bowl and toss until fully coated with the dressing.
