Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds Boneless country-style ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • To taste Sea salt
  • To taste Black pepper
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Table salt For brine
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar For brine
  • 2 cups Water For brine

Instructions
 

  • Trim and clean the ribs, removing excess fat and membrane.
  • Prepare a dry rub using garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Brine the ribs for 1–4 hours in a mixture of water, table salt, and sugar
  • Apply the dry rub generously to the ribs and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the ribs using your preferred method:
    Oven: Preheat to 325°F and bake covered for 30 minutes, checking the internal temperature.
    Grill: Grill for 5–7 minutes on each side.
    Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Let the ribs rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, sear the ribs before slow cooking and broil them briefly after cooking.
