Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients
    Gather all ingredients: unsweetened coconut milk, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen strawberries, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and honey (optional).
  • Add to Blender
    Pour 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk into the blender.
    Add 230 g of frozen pineapple chunks and 230 g of frozen strawberries.
    Break 2–3 oz of white chocolate chips into smaller pieces (if needed) and add them to the blender.
    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Sweeten (Optional)
    If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 1–2 tablespoons of honey to the blender.
  • Blend
    Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency
    If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk and blend again. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes or extra frozen fruit and blend.
  • Serve and Garnish
    Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass.
